Stainless-steel racking trolley on castoring wheels.
This racking trolley allows the transport of cheeses on stainless steel grids from the manufacturing area to the ageing and packaging areas.
It built completely of stainless steel with slides that can accommodate two sizes of stainless steel grids: 400/600 and 510/630.
hese stainless steel grids are available with 25, 31 or 51 wires, depending on your cheeses.
The maintenance of the racking trolley is carried out in a washing cabinet.
The ageing stage is essential for most cheeses and requires the installation of suitably constructed equipment.
Four castoring wheels ensure great maneuverability. Equipped with two brakes, the racking trolley can be parked safely.
Optionally, whey recovery trays can be added. This avoids spills on the floor, thus reducing both the likelihood of accidents and the amount of cleaning required.
