Curdling container for lactic and soft cheeses

Curdling vats are intended to hold the milk during seeding (curdling step) for the manufacture of lactic and soft cheeses:

  • 73L semi-spherical moulding containers
  • 210L semi-cylindrical moulding containers

They make it easier to transfer the curd to the moulds using a ladle. their rounded shape limit wastage during moulding ; allowing accessibility of the curds thanks to the lack of corners.

The containers are manufactured in robust food-grade plastic, supported by a removable stainless-steel frame and fitted with castoring wheels.

The height of these vats is designed ergonomically to improve the working environment. In addition, the 210L half-cylindrical vat frame has an “open” end allowing easy removal of the vat.

Thanks to its plastic material, the curdling container is light and easy to handle.
