Cheese press, manual or pneumatic, single or double, horizontal or vertical
These presses are intended for the manufacture of pressed cheese ensuring consistent results. We have a wide range of presses suitable for all manufacturing capacities, from a small manual press to a large horizontal press!
The different models are adapted to :
- the quantity of cheeses to be pressed,
- their characteristics ( such as shape and type of pressed cheese),
- the space you have available.
We make several models of standard sizes and if required we can adapt these to cater for your particular products.
Several different levels of press force are also available.
Made of 304L stainless steel, the force is provided by a weight suspended from the lever arm.
The single and double vertical presses are equipped with a pressure gauge.
The 5 aluminum plates are positioned pneumatically and are inserted between each layer of cheese to evenly distribute the pressing force. All presses have an outlet opening on the base allowing the recovery of the whey. The presses can be equipped with castors wheels.
NB: the compressor is not supplied.
